DISK VENDOR's
Please note that DayFlo TRACKER Lite requires either 2-360K floppies
or 1-720K floppy. If you recieve it on a 720K floppy there should be
two major compressed files (plus a few small files) which will allow for
an easy separation to 2-360K's.
When separating on to two 5-1/4" the allocation of files is not important
but please put both the readme.doc and install.bat files on both floppies.
For descriptions, 1) use file_id.diz or if you need a smaller
description use this:
Award winning Personal Information Manager with excellent
textual capabilities using variable length fields. Ideal for
Contacts, Article abstracts, library type topics, tasks, and
more. DayFlo TRACKER Lite is a very flexible forms oriented
program with reporting capabilities.
More marketing information can be found in manual.doc and the files
pressrel.txt and pressinf.txt.
You have permission to Post/ Distribute DayFlo TRACKER Lite provided
you meet ONE of the following conditions:
1. Have a copy of your standard written materials approved by us
(catalogs, flyers, ads, etc.). They must clearly explain the
shareware concept, the need for users to register shareware
products they use, and the fact that the price of your
disks, that the user pays to you, is a copying fee ONLY and
does not constitute payment for the product. It must be clearly
reflected in your written materials.
2. Become an Approved Vendor of the Association of Shareware
Professionals (ASP). For more information on the ASP
vendor program, contact the ASP at:
Association of Shareware Professionals
Vendor Certification Committee
545 Grover Road
Muskegon, MI 49442-9427
If you have not already done so, we strongly recommend that you become
an ASP approved vendor. The ASP vendor program provides an important
service for both authors and vendors, gives customers confidence that
reasonable standards are met in the distribution of shareware products.
We find it necessary to insist on meeting one of the two conditions,
stated above, in order to qualify for shareware distribution of
DayFlo TRACKER Corp. Widespread confusion about shareware and the
occasionally troublesome practices of some vendors unfortunately
force us to do so. We look forward to working with you in the
future. Please feel free to contact us FAX (714) 474-0197.
